Current Events: N.Korea!

John Kerry the U.S Secretary of State said, at a news conference with his South Korean counterpart, Yoon Byung-C, said,” his country well defend it self and its ally South Korea against North Korean threats”.
Pyongyang was taken action in defiance after the nuclear test in the month of February last year, response to the sanctions by the United Nations against the maneuvers conducted by the United States with its neighbor South Korea.
And Kerry described the recent hints from North Korea without accepting it.
And the U.S department of defense earlier it has publish anti-rocket system in the area,” would respond to any rocket threat against our allies”.
Pyongyang said: that on Tuesday its intention to restart her Yanbian nuclear factory, which Kerry said "dangerous provocative".
And the Secretary General of the United Nations, Ban Ki-Moon said that the problem in Korea, "exceeded the limit" and called for urgent conversation with North Korea.
